Industrial Products Marketplace ("IPM") is operated by Pyramid Pallets LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company.
IPM provides a platform for businesses and individuals to list, discover, and communicate about industrial materials, surplus inventory, reusable materials, related opportunities, and support services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, IPM is not the buyer or seller of materials listed by users and is not a party to transactions between users.
IPM does not ordinarily take possession of listed materials and does not independently control the price, condition, quality, quantity, availability, transportation, payment, pickup, delivery, or completion of transactions arranged between users.
IPM is not acting as a broker, freight broker, carrier, inspector, appraiser, environmental consultant, attorney, accountant, engineer, or other professional adviser merely by providing marketplace access.
Listings are generally created from information provided by users.
Although IPM may moderate, review, organize, format, or restrict listings, the presence of a listing on IPM does not mean Pyramid Pallets LLC has independently verified or endorsed:
Listings may change, become unavailable, contain mistakes, or become outdated.
Before purchasing, selling, shipping, accepting, transporting, storing, recycling, reusing, or otherwise handling materials found through IPM, users should perform whatever inspection, verification, testing, documentation, and due diligence are appropriate for the transaction.
Users are responsible for evaluating counterparties and determining applicable contractual, payment, transportation, environmental, tax, safety, insurance, licensing, regulatory, and other requirements.
If specialized advice or inspection is appropriate, users should consult qualified professionals.
Unless IPM expressly agrees otherwise in writing, buyers, sellers, and service providers negotiate directly with one another.

Disputes concerning a transaction are primarily matters between the parties to that transaction.
IPM may, but is not obligated to, assist with reports, platform records, account restrictions, or marketplace-integrity issues when appropriate.
Freight providers, storage facilities, cross-dock operators, removal services, recyclers, and other service providers appearing through IPM are generally independent third parties.
Their presence on IPM does not constitute a guarantee or certification of their licensing, insurance, qualifications, availability, pricing, safety, or performance.
Users are responsible for evaluating third-party providers before engaging them.
IPM may organize marketplace information or provide summaries, analytics, trends, educational information, or market observations.
Such information is provided for general informational purposes and may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or based on limited marketplace activity.
It should not be treated as a guarantee of market value, future availability, pricing, demand, profitability, or transaction outcomes.
